How do I delete my account?

Open the Journai app and go to Settings. Tap "Delete account" to schedule deletion. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can cancel at any time by signing back in.

How do I delete my stored data?

To erase all your documents and health data without deleting your account, open the Journai app and go to Settings. Tap "Reset encryption & delete data". This permanently removes all your encrypted data from our servers. Your account remains active.
